Use of this Website

This website is provided for informational purposes. All content — including text, images, 3D renderings, and project photography — is the property of MastroWorks unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or repurpose any content without written permission.

Services and scope

MastroWorks is a fabrication-focused company. We design, fabricate, and deliver custom signage and architectural products. Installation services are not included in our standard offering unless explicitly stated in a written proposal or contract. Scope of work is defined on a per-project basis and confirmed in writing prior to fabrication.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding project dimensions, site conditions, and permit requirements. MastroWorks is not liable for errors resulting from inaccurate client-supplied information. Client approval of design renderings prior to fabrication constitutes acceptance of the design. Changes requested after approval may result in additional charges.

Intellectual property

All designs, renderings, drawings, and fabrication specifications produced by MastroWorks remain the intellectual property of MastroWorks until full payment is received. Upon receipt of final payment, design files and deliverables outlined in the project scope are transferred to the client. Custom tooling, jigs, and production processes developed during a project remain the property of MastroWorks.

Quotes and pricing

All quotes and estimates provided by MastroWorks are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated. Quotes are not binding until confirmed in a signed proposal or purchase order. Material and supply costs are subject to change; any changes that affect pricing will be communicated to the client before fabrication begins.

A deposit is required to initiate fabrication on projects totaling $1,500.00. Specific deposit amounts and payment terms are outlined in each project proposal. MastroWorks reserves the right to pause work on any project where payment terms are not met.

Fabrication Disclaimer

MastroWorks is proud to work with a network of skilled craftsmen and fabricators based in the Finger Lakes region of New York. We prioritize local sourcing and regional partnerships in every project.

‍On occasion, select components or specialty materials may be sourced from fabricators or suppliers outside the Finger Lakes region. This occurs only when local capacity, material availability, or project specifications require it. Quality and craftsmanship standards remain consistent regardless of source.

MastroWorks maintains final oversight and quality control on all fabricated components regardless of origin.

Limitation of Liability

MastroWorks warrants that all products are fabricated to the specifications approved by the client. We do not warrant against damage resulting from improper installation, environmental conditions, or use beyond the intended application of the product.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MastroWorks shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific product or service at issue.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
